    We assist clients to select suitable vendors, negotiating rates, controlling costs, fixing contracts, reducing related risks, and ensuring timely delivery. With our well-networked team and strong partner association, we ensure the best end-to-end solutions for our clients.

    Genext International is a sister Company of Genext Logistics Pvt Ltd, a company former in 2010, is a team of professionals, who have vowed to engage International logistics with the next generation level requirements such as Integrity, Process orientation (not only adherence) & right cost (Win-Win for User & Service Provider) and therefore, the name “GENEXT”.

    Our Responsibilities

    1. Vendor Selection

    We locate, assess, and select suitable trustworthy vendors for our clients. Selection is based on the experience, quality commitment, resources, and track record of the vendor. We also establish clear objectives with the vendors to align with the overall goal of our client to establish long-term relationships.

    2. Cost and Risk Reduction

    We exercise due diligence to mitigate third-party risk, and reduce suppliers’ risks. We also work towards identifying and reducing hidden costs and reducing unforeseen costs. Strong vendor relationships enable buyers to maximise the profit margins

    3. Contract and Rate Negotiation:

    We make sure our client agrees on a bilateral beneficial legitimate contract and we plan the terms of the contract in such a way that the terms are mutually profitable. We also ensure that the most reasonable rates are finalised

    Monitoring:

    We monitor received products on time from the vendors after the buyer’s nominated surveyors’ quality and quantity check. As soon as the products are received, the cargo will be executed according to the schedule.
